Return Window

β€’ 30 days from delivery for returns or exchanges.

β€’ Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

β€’ Email support@profoundfashion.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

β€’ We will resend a replacement or issue a refund once approved.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size/Color Ordered

β€’ Contact us within 12 hours after placing the order to modify or cancel before processing.

β€’ After processing, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Non-returnable Items

β€’ Final sale items, gift cards, and digital products.

Return Process

1) Email support@profoundfashion.com for an RMA (return authorization).

2) We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Β 

3) Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping & Processing

β€’ Processing time: 1–3 business days. Β 

β€’ Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Β 

β€’ If the package is lost in transit, we will resend or refund after carrier investigation.

Wrong/Incomplete Address

β€’ Please ensure your address is correct. Orders returned due to address issues can be reshipped (reship fee may apply).
